Exciting things are happening in our classroom in the next several weeks! First of all, our new Dell computers are being assembled, programmed, bolted down--all sorts of things need to happen before we can use them. We are ALL looking forward to using the new computers and having fun with them.
I was so proud of our class, and how wonderfully they did presenting the first Advent Service of the year. I thank all the parents, who made sure their children arrived on time, were dressed appropriately, and who supported us that evening.
The pizza lunch was great! We celebrated a birthday that day also, and had a great birthday treat to top the day off. If you haven't signed up to help with next week's hot lunch, call either Tina D. or Denise S. and let them know how you can help.
The cell projects were great! Every year I love looking at them and seeing the creativity that went into them. I think I finally have the cell photos up. Go to Projects, then Science, then Cell Projects, then Photos. You should recognize what's there! The next projects are Social Studies projects, and they are due December 13. Please make sure all projects have names with them. We are still feeding the birds and can always use donations of food to keep them going. I've seen chickadees, nuthatches, purple house finches, and cardinals almost every day. They are hungry little guys!
